Here's our twist on a summer classic: honey glazed grilled watermelon Ingredients 6-8 slices seedless watermelon Juice of half a lime 2 tablespoons honey Sea salt Chopped basil Instructions Start by sprinkling salt on both sides of the watermelon wedges. Lay them over the edge of the sink and let them drain for 30 minutes. Preheat the grill on high. Once the watermelon has drained, rinse them under cold water. Firmly pat each piece dry with paper towels. Next, brush each side with raw honey and then grill on high heat for around 5 minutes or until the melon becomes a bit softer. Place the wedges on a tray and squeeze ½ a lime over them. Top with fresh basil and enjoy!
